Refund & Returns Policy (Custom / Made-to-Order Products)

Made-to-order / custom items are final sale.
Our products are produced, assembled, firmware-configured, and/or quality-checked specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for “change of mind” reasons (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake, incompatible device, preference changes).

1) Order changes & cancellations

  • Before production starts: You may request an order change or cancellation by contacting us immediately. If we can stop processing in time, we may approve the request.

  • After production starts: Once your order has entered production/assembly/firmware work, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • After shipment: Orders marked as shipped cannot be cancelled.

2) Defective / damaged / incorrect items (exceptions)

We will make it right if:

  • You receive an item that is DOA (dead on arrival) or has a verified manufacturing defect,

  • The item is damaged in transit, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

What we offer (at our discretion): troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair, replacement unit, or refund (only when a replacement/repair is not feasible).

Time limit to report: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video evidence.

3) Return conditions (when a return is authorized)

  • Returns must be pre-authorized by our support team (RMA required).

  • Items must be returned in the condition we specify.

  • If the issue is confirmed as our fault (defect/wrong item), we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

  • If no fault is found, we may reject the claim and/or the customer may be responsible for costs.

4) Non-refundable costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

5) Refused, undeliverable, or incorrect address

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the order is not refundable (made-to-order product). Please contact us to discuss reshipment options.

6) Delays & fulfillment

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated on our website/order confirmation, we will notify you with options to continue waiting or cancel for a refund before shipment.
